There’s been a few APPs come out, or web APPs, that have allowed people without any real coding skills to create an app and get it up on the market with little time at all. Android Market will charge you a flat onetime $25 fee to post your APP in the market and then you will be on your way.
I just ordered APP savy book through Amazon.com and it was highly recommended to me by a few internet marketing buddies of mine. I got a used one for $12.60 and after I get it I will post how hard or how easy it is to use. This book will tell you how to make different APPs like games, books and so on.
